Atomic Outdoor Media, Inc. Partners with Anderson News Company to Deliver Truckside Advertising
Diamond Bar, CA January 10, 2001 Atomic Outdoor Media, Inc. partners with Anderson News Company, listed on the Forbes Private 500. Through the agreement, Atomic will be equipping certain types of vehicles within the Anderson News fleet with a patented aluminum framing system to deliver truckside advertising. The benefit to advertisers is that the Anderson News vehicles travel to the majority of all grocery store, drug store and mass merchandising chains, as well as to all major airports.
The agreement between Atomic and Anderson News offers advertisers Pinpoint Marketing delivering messages to a specific target market or geographical area. Due to the nature of Anderson News business, trucks are uniquely positioned to draw the advertisers message At the point of sale instead of Near the point of sale.
Atomic will manage truckside ads on certain types of Anderson News trucks in the Western United States, Hawaii and other select markets beginning in the first quarter of 2001.
Advertisers are concerned with the quality and cost of reaching target audiences. Atomic addresses this concern through a mapping route data base that matches the advertisers targeted demographics with their truck routes. Trucks on which Atomic ads are placed go where targeted customers shop generating immediate awareness.
Atomic Outdoor Media is cost efficient when comparing cost per thousand viewers with other types of advertising.
They are sensitive to the advertisers concern that consumers are burdened with too many sales messages, product and service choices. To reduce Consumer Stress, Atomic suggests utilizing a creative approach in designing artwork that is pleasant and entertaining that can also be customized and embellished for truckside advertising.
